Bushwise has been made aware of a press release issued today by FGASA, suggesting that Bushwise has infringed its claimed legal rights. 

​

Bushwise wishes to make clear that there is no evidence or basis whatsoever for this allegation, which appears to be an anticompetitive attempt by FGASA to harm Bushwise’s reputation.

​

We are taking urgent advice from legal counsel on how to respond to this unprovoked attack on our good reputation, built up over 18 years. 

​

We believe that the field guiding sector is best served by fair and honest competition and would encourage all parties to adopt the same approach.
