Whether you’re booking a set-date safari package or building a custom itinerary, you’ll stay in the heart of a 11 000 hectare wildlife reserve, with rich archaeological heritage and breathtaking scenery.
Accommodation
Lone Tree Wilderness Camp (Tswehe Wildlife Reserve)
An off-the-grid wilderness camp sleeping up to 10 guests in 5 tented units. Each unit opens onto a private deck with a hammock and loungers, inviting slow mornings and unhurried evenings immersed in the stillness of the bush.
For families, there are two units connected by an elevated walkway, offering shared space with a sense of privacy.
At the heart of the camp stands the ancient Nyala Berry Tree, “Lone Tree”, a living landmark around which camp life unfolds. Beneath it, the firepit and boma glow each evening, while a swimming pool and deck offer a quiet place to cool off under the vast Tuli skies.
The main lodge area brings people together with a fully equipped kitchen, fridges and freezers, and relaxed communal spaces designed for long meals, easy conversation, and quiet moments with a book.
Just a short walk away lies a waterhole and underground photographic hide, offering a rare, intimate wildlife experience at eye level. From this hidden vantage point, elephants and other wildlife can be observed at astonishing proximity as they come to drink.
